SAGE – it is a luxury rental apartment project. From the beginning, the project was planned as a rental investment for my client, however, the owners wanted to create a modern, cosy atmosphere.

My goal was to create a beautiful space within a certain budget. This means great quality products, fair prices of items and the most challenging – time of construction.
In the open plan, I placed a big dining table for 8 people, a comfortable lounge area with 4 seater sofa and armchair, a full-size kitchen and a very important nowadays–home office area.

Colour scheme - sage, grey, and wood with bright touches. Sofa, as a central colour assent, grey TV wall supports kitchen tone, wooden like the floor – balance it all together
